We're gathering Europe's best builders in a hackerhouse in the city center of Milan for 3 months focused on shipping, growing, and raising.

The experience:

  • Focus areas: silent spaces to get things done.
  • Weekly pitch days: test your ideas, get real feedback, iterate fast.
  • Weekly lessons: learn from world-class founders and researchers who've built what you're dreaming of.
  • Builder nights: once a week, meet European artists, researchers, and creatives. Cross-pollinate ideas during all-night building sessions that spark unexpected breakthroughs.
  • VC access: Europe's top VCs mentor you throughout, and at month 3, they're ready to hear your pitch and invest.
  • Have fun: twice a month, we organize events as yoga sessions, art workshops, Italian offsites, aperitifs on us.

Silicon Valley culture has long portrayed a singular vision of what a builder looks and think like: hoodie, hustle, work, and extreme obsession toward one thing.

And while we respect and admire that mindset, we also believe that such portrait is misleading, because even the most cracked builders are, ultimately, human.
We’re big fans of technology and building, but only if it serve the ultimate purpose of being human.

FAQ

We’re planning to make this more accessible for future cohorts. For this one, participants will cover rent and a small organizational fee, with total costs ranging from €1,300 to €1,500 per month. Partial and full scholarships are available for outstanding candidates.

Not necessarily but you must have a clear research/product idea in mind.

The program runs for three months, from early February to the end of April 2026. Applications close on January 1st, 2026. Applicants to this cohort will remain eligible for future ones.

Housing, good company of high drive individuals, lectures with experts, pitch day with VCs, fully equipped lab, gym, cleaning service.

Yes, we’re in close touch with a group of bold European investors. They’ll get updates on each participant’s progress throughout the cohort, and at the end, everyone will have the chance to present to them live during our in-person pitch day.

Yes, everyone has their own room (avg 14sqm) comprising of storage and desk.

We appreciate people with drive, if you have your parent's written clearence you can come.

We welcome participants from all over the world, although we can't directly sponsor visas we can point you in the right direction.
